Commissioner Merrifield would like an overview briefing concerning Braidwood Tritium.

The briefing would be informal (i.e. discussions with no specif ic prepared slides). The con en general overview, what we are doing, what interface we have had with external stakeholdets, relationship to 2.206 petition (without identification of the outcome)....and our path going forward.

I would suspect that NRR should coordinate with Region III for this brief ing..l think it would be important to tie in the Regional people during the briefing .1will keep all informed on the specific date once I've had feedback from the Commissioner's staff later today ....
