Archie Letter (RC-06-0024) to Document Control Desk, dated February 6, 2006 South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, hereby requests to withdraw the amendment request submitted on February 6, 2006. This amendment request was for the V. C. Summer Technical Specifications (TS), Tables 4.3-1, 4.3-2, 4.3-5, and 4.3-6 and Surveillance Requirements 4.3.3.4, 4.3.3.5, and 4.3.3.6.
SCE&G has determined that a withdrawal is prudent based on our meeting at your offices on June 19, 2006, in which we discussed various methods and the associated affects of amending TS. SCE&G will determine an appropriate amendment method and make a resubmittal at a later date.
