r o. NJDEP did not issue a violation because there was no tritium above the EPA standard offsite. They diwork with PSEG to establish aremediation program. Discusssions with some NJDEP staff indiactes they may have issued a violation if it exceeded the criteria offsite. I saw the inside article and got a copy onthe state'svolation.
