On January 19th, 2006 1relieved Scott Bump as the Manger, Vallecitos Nuclear Center. To support this move, Chuck Bassett temporarily was assigned responsibility for the Regulatory Compliance function.
Today, Latonya Martin assumes the responsibilities within the three referenced licenses for Regulatory Compliance &EHS. These positions are referenced in the technical specifications of the above referenced licenses as follows License Manger, Vallecitos Nuclear Center Regulatory Compliance & EHS TR-1 (GETR) Level 1 Organization Head Radiation Safety DR-10 (EVESR) & References to supervision at various References to safety or licensing DPR-1 (VBWR) levels functions Ref. 1, requires a report within 30 days per Tech Spec 6.6.2(2) for Level 1 and Level 2 organizational changes, Refs. 2 and 3 do not contain specific requirements of this nature, but are reported here for completeness. This Level 1 report was made by telephone and e-mail on January 23rd, 2006, from David Turner to the NRC.
