Pilgrim Re-Licensing Oral Arguments ADJUDICATIONS STAFF Pilgrim Re-Licensing Oral Arguments o limited appearance statements by persons who are not parties (but including persons who are affiliated with or represented by parties) will be heard by the Board pursuant to 10 C.F.R. ' 2.31 5, on the evening of Thursday, July 6, 2006, from 5 3 0 to 7:30 p.m. local time at the Radisson Plymouth Harbor Hotel, 180 Water Street, in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Each speaker will be permitted approximately 5 minutes to state his or her comments.
In addition, if any person wishes to file a written limited appearance statement, he or she may do so by e-mailing it to both hearingdocket@nrc.gov~mailto:hearingdocket@nrc.govand amy@nrc.gov~mailto:amy@nrc.gov~.
I would like to make a limited appearance statement on Thursday, July 6, 2006, to support Pilgrim Watch and The Massachusetts Attorney General - Filed Motions to Intervene on Pilgrim Re-Licensing for the Duxbury Nuclear Advisory Committee.
