Thank you for your e-mail in response to my call earlier today. The Town of Plymouth, MA, ("Plymouth"), in which the Entergy Nuclear Operating Company's ("Entergy") Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station

("Pilgrim") is located is filing its request today to participate as a matter of right pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 2.315 (c). The Town is an "interested local governmental body." This is to formally advise the Panel and the participants of Plymouth's intent to participate in the Pilgrim proceeding and to request that it be allowed to participate in telephone conferences, hearings, and related activities, and that Plymouth be added to the service list in this proceeding.

Plymouth has engaged the f ~ r mof Duane Morris, LLP to represent it in this matter. This email is to request that I be included as a representative of the Town of Plymouth in these proceedings. I am a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Duane Morris, and would appreciate your inclusion of me in the above activities and on the service list. Mr. Mark D. Sylvia, the Town of Plymouth Town Manager, whose address is set forth below should also be included on the service list if possible.
