- Russ, Attached, per your request this morning and your prior discussion with Joe Colaccino. Please be aware that Chapter 17, sections 17.4 through 17.6 are undergoing significant additional review and change, in part to reflect updates to the SRP for 17.4 and 17.5, and in part to reflect workshop comments and refine our expectations, so this version will be overtaken by those changes. Nonetheless, as a starting point for NEI to draft its own strawman for our QA and Maintenance Rule breakout discussions, I'm forwarding the chapter as it currently looks and as posted on the web.
By the way, Mr. Chuck Sibley, MR Coordinator at Turkey point and Chairman of the MRUG is planning to attend the July 12th meeting. e-mail: Charles_Sibley@fpl.com . A special working group within the MRUG is developing their idea of what ought to be in a Maintenance Rule Program Description (MRPD) for a COL application and they're supposed to get it to Steve Alexander by the first week in July. Please let us know asap if you find that industry will not be ready to engage in a breakout session on Maintenance Rule as part of the QA breakout discussions on the 12th of July.
