P R O C E E D I N G S CHAIRMAN DIAZ: Good morning, Madam Secretary.
ANNETTE VIETTI-COOK: This is in the matter of Nuclear Management Company, Palisades Nuclear Plant License Renewal Application. The Commission is being asked to act on a Memorandum and Order responding to an appeal by Nuclear Information and Resource Service and others of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards ruling in LBP-06-10 denying their petition to intervene and request for hearing in the Palisades Nuclear Plant license renewal proceeding. The Commission has voted to approve a Memorandum and Order which affirms the Boards decision in LBP-06-10.
