On June 5, 2006, this Board ordered the parties to submit certain supplemental direct testimony and documents by June 19, 2006. On June 20, 2006, during a prehearing conference call, the issue arose as to whether the parties should have additional time within which to file motions in limine with regard to the supplemental submissions. The Board finds that some additional time is appropriate and thus orders that the schedule for this proceeding be supplemented and modified as follows:

July 5, 2006: Deadline for filing motions in limine relating to Entergy and the NRC Staff supplemental documents.
2.
July 12, 2006: Deadline for answers to motions in limine relating to Entergy and the NRC Staff supplemental documents.
