Perfect timing. I just finished the search and found three potential candidates:
- 1) The current Braidwood issue (http://nrrl O.nrc.qov/forumlforumtopic.cfm?selectedForum=03&forumld=HP&topicld=596)
- 2) The recent Indian Point issue (http://nrrl 0.nrc.gov/forum/forumtopic.cfm?selectedForunm=03&forumld=H P&topicld=445)
- 3) Event Notification 41400 from Watts Bar on February 10, 2005 (http://www.nrc.qov/readinq-rm/doc-collections/event-status/event/2005/200502l 1 en.html#en4l400)
For candidates I and 2, the regions and HP branch probably have reams of information on regulatory response. I don't remember candidate 3, so Region II may need to be asked if any action was taken'.
- Thanx, Eric

- Eric, Yes, the HP branch has the lead. Operating Experience Branch only needs to do a data base search, as we discussed earlier.
Thanks Stu*

- Stu, I believe that Health Physics Branch has the lead on this green ticket, but since Tilda put the Operating Experience Branch management team on distribution, I wanted to confirm my belief. If the Operating
-has the lead or a support role, please let me know via the Daytime EO cell phone Regarding the Lochbaum green ticket, it's been revised and was provided to Bruce earlier this afternoon.
