Dear Judge Karlin,
I was able to communicate with the representative (Dan MacArthur) for the Town of Marlboro, Vermont over the weekend. If allowed to participate in the oral argument, the Town of Marlboro would be available on August 3 and 4. When I submitted the information on Friday regarding alternative dates for oral argument, I had only exchanged voice mails with Mr. MacArthur but had not gotten confirmation of the alternative dates. Subsequently the dates of August 3 and 4 were confirmed to be acceptable. Thank you for considering alternatives to the tentatively scheduled dates of July 25 and 26.
