J done today). I spoke to BV yesterday and they said they express mailed a copy of their review since implementation. I haven't gotten it yet. The root cause investigation isn't due until Friday and I don't Lexpect to see that until we get on site.

Alex, FYI in case I don't get you on the phone, Ken Brooks an inspector from Region III will be joining us for the special inspection. Due to schedules, we are planning on arriving in Pittsburgh Mon.
afternoon/evening on Monday March 21, 2005. We are also staying at the Embassy Suites. I will arrange for our entrance on Tuesday morning later today. Tentatively looking to exit Wed. afternoon or early Thurs. morning.
When the special inspection charter gets approved I will forward a copy to both of you. Let me know if there are any problems/issues.
