ONE-TIME EXTENSION OF SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS By letter dated May 8, 2006 (Reference I ) , the NRC requested additional information related to extension of surveillance intervals at Kewaunee Power Station (Kewaunee License Amendment Request 219). This letter reiterated information requested by the NRC in e-mails dated April 7, 2006 and April 21, 2006. Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK:) provided the additional information in a May 5, 2006 letter (Reference 2).
