Dear Mr. Singer:
This refers to the meeting conducted at our mutual request at your Browns Ferry Site in Athens, Alabama, on May 2, 2006. The meetings purpose to discuss the NRC staff recently completed performance review of the operating Units 2 and 3 at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. This included our technical staff reviewed performance indicators (PIs) for the most recent quarter and inspection results for the period from January 1 through December 31, 2005.
Enclosed are a list of attendees and the presentation handout used by our staff.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
