Dresden 2006 tritium timeline
- Steve, Desiree sent me her info on" when did we hear of tritium and what did we do" at Dresden. There is really nothing different than what I sent you previously. Prior to 2/10/06, the licensee routinely discussed small tritium level changes in various wells from their quarterly sampling as a result of the 2004 leak at the Plan of the Day meeting. During one of those, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) inspector pointed out to the licensee that they should be documenting these results. That led to the AR that was issued on 2/9 and forwarded by Desiree on Friday 2/10. The big jumps in tritium levels occurred the next day and across the weekend of 2/11 and 2/12.
