The Am-241 was calibrated by 4 pi alpha liquid scintillation count-ing. All other radionuclides were calibrated using a germanium gam-ma spectrometer system. Calibration and purity were checked using a germanium gamma spectrometer system. At the time of calibration no interfering gamma-ray emitting impurities were detected. The gamma-ray emission rates for the most intense gamma-ray lines are given. Analytics maintains traceability to the National Institute of Stan-daids and Technology through a Measurements Assurance Program as described in USNRC Regulatory Guide 4.15, Rev. 1, February, 1979.
