2/13/06 1:17PM NRC Point of Contact Hello Again Jim, DOH has received a request from the office of State Assemblyman Brodsky for a contact at NRC, and here at DEC. I left a voice message for John White this morning, but on the possibility that he is on the road today I wanted to let you know about the request as well. I already provided DOH with a name and #
at our legislative affairs office.
DOH has already supplied them with all of the routine env monitoring data they have for the area aroLnd the site (you and Entergy have seen this info as well). Since his office was already working with DOH they posed the contact question to them, and DOH will supply Brodsky's staff with the contact info DEC and NRC provide to them. It appears that Brodsky is looking for any and all regulatory reporting requirements and discharge limits for IPEC.
