.% - - Ir REntersy Indian Point Energy Center Daily Status Report January 23, 2006 Operational Status Indian Point Unit 2 is operating at 100% and has been online 32 days.

Indian Point Unit 3 is operating at 100% reactor power and has been on-line for 111 days.

Sirens in EPZ Returned to Service Last week high winds and rain knocked out sirens in the 10-mile Emegency Planning Zone. By Saturday afternoon all sirens in the four county EPZ had been returned to service.

Tritium Investigation Sample results from January 12-13 As part of Entergy's on-going investigation of tritium in ground water on site, samples are being taken from installed monitoring wells and storm water drainage systems. Monitoring well data is consistent with previous sample results. Storm water samples are part of the expanded investigation.

No tritium has been found in any off-site location including drinking water supplies.

There are no health or safety impacts to the public or workers from tritium on site.
