MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1. 2. AND 3 2005 ANNUAL REPORT OF INDIVIDUAL MONITORING Pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) has submitted the 2005 Annual Report of Individual Monitoring for Millstone Power Station, Units 1, 2, and 3.
The data file "FORM5_ELE_05.txt," was submitted via the REIRS web site on April 17, 2006, time stamped 20060417093727. This data file lists the results of monitoring performed by DNC for each individual at the Millstone Power Station who required monitoring in accordance with 10 CFR 20.1502. The file was created in a text-based format, using Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, and contains both the headers and actual Form 5 information.
The data contained in the transmitted files includes personal information, the public disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of privacy pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). No redacted versions are being supplied.
