To discuss two proposed topical reports on risk-informed technical specification Initiatives 4a and 6 for multiple systems completion time and allowed outage time extensions. A pre-submittal meeting was held on October 28, 2004. Due to the time elapsed and NRC staff changes since then, a second meeting was deemed necessary. The October 28, 2004, meeting summary, dated December 13, 2004, can be viewed in the Agencywide Document Administration and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML043210050. The meeting slide presentation is available in ADAMS at Accession No. ML043140156.
