This letter notifies the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of the submittal of the results of individual monitoring using Form NRC-5 format for each individual for whom monitoring was required by 10 CFR 20.1502. The results were submitted on March 29, 2006 using the REIRS web site. This report includes additional data on individuals for whom monitoring was provided, but not required.
