7-14 Propos Bd FFD rule (combined drug and alcohol/fatigue) went to SECY on 5/2105. The proposed rule Is ahead of schedule and Is due to the Commission on 6/1105. The TAs for the Commissioners will be briefed on the rule during May 2005.
A recent onsite Inspection at Beaver Valley indentified a green NCV related to violating the Fatigue Orde.-
