I just looked over the attachment from Beaver Valley (BV) on the group work hour review since the FFD order (E.A-03-038) inception as of 10/29/03. The attachment is a review of officer work hours from 10129103-2118105 conducted by an independent team of 23 individuals. Bottom line is that BV independent b inspection team (with Jim Davis (NEI) reviewing results) states that it never violated the group work hour average during this period, however, the BV inspection team identified 36 violations of exceeding the individual work hour limits (see Attachment 7 to the enclosed attachment).
