This letter confirms the discussion between my staff and members of your staff to have a meeting at 7:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, May 23, 2006, at the Holiday Inn Express, 1741 Phoenix Rd, South Haven, Michigan. This meeting is open to the public The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Palisades end-of-cycle plant performance assessment as described in our letter dated March 2, 2006.
