EXTENSION OF APPROVAL OF HIGHWAY ROUTE TO TRANSPORT SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL FROM COLUMBIA, MO TO AIKEN, SC (NRC NO. 182B)

Dear Mr. Foyto:

On behalf of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), I am responding to your letter dated February 28, 2006, which requested the NRC extend approval for transporting spent nuclear fuel from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, to the U. S. Department of Energys Savannah River Site, Aiken, South Carolina. You are hereby authorized to use NRC Route No. 182B until September 30, 2010.
