4 I am requesting expedited processing of this request because the potential for a chilled work atmosphere at FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Station may pose an imminent threat to public health and safety. I am also requesting a waiver of fees for processing this request because of Citizens Awareness Network's limited financial resources. CAN is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has no commercial or private interest in the information being requested.
