Exelon Call Just wa ited to close the loop with you - called Exelon (McNeill/Polson) regarding the additional commitment to be discussed in our acknowledgement of their 02/07/06 letter. They agreed to communicate with us prior to processing the stored radioactive liquids through any new equipment or disposit on through any environmental or offsite pathway - essentially prior to any use, release, transport, or processing (other than recycle). This is similar to the commitment that they made in the 02/07/06 regarding communications prior to any discharges through the blowdown line. The letter is being finalized for your signature.

We also discussed our concern regarding the Excelon response to the tritium issue relative to their other sites, particularly given our recent inspection at Byron. They indicated that they were prepared to discuss their integrated plan with you on Monday.
