Mass Balance: Boron SFP Loss Estimate Jim, here is what I have as of today:

About four more recent data points are included. No fuel/rack displacement volume is considered. Total boron loss over the cycle (about 7 ppm) is less than gaussian standard deviation of the pool boron measurements (18.7 ppm). Poisson S.D. would be about 50 ppm.
