MONITROING WELL STATUS DECEMBER 20,2005

<<MONITORING WELL STATUS.doc>>

Todays Progress:

MW-31 Finished drilling well and "developing well" for a sample tomorrow MW-32 Vacuumed down to about 8.5', and still have metal indication Engineering will decide next step Storm Drains: I lave sampled all storm drains with exception of 1 and 4A, which will be done tomorrow State Split Sample results: The State split samples done with IPEC on December 6 and 8 on on site and offsite locations are in good agreement with IPEC

t MONITORING WELL STATUS (Tues, Dec 20, 2005-1730 hrs)

Well Location Status Ne xt Samples Sample Result Number StEen Taken (Highest Historical Value)

MW-111 Transformer Yard Baseline Sample PT Sampled 12/19/05-(still counting) 302,000 pCi/l (11/04/05)

MW-30 U-2 SFB Developed well Raw Water: 399,000 pCi/l (11/23/05)

Adding casings to reach 80'el Packer test Water: 600,000 pCi/l (11/24/05)

MW-31 MOB side walk Completed Finish flushing, (take 1 st sample 12/21/05)

MW-32 U-2 SFB Alley Way Metal magnotometer Vacuumed to 8.5 ', still a metal indication.

indication still present in hole Engineering to decide next step tomorrow MW-33 Transformer Yard Well installed Sampled water 12/19/05, counting now. 42,300 pCi/l (12/15/05)

MW-34 Transformer Yard Well installed Sampled water 12/19/05, counting now. 63,900 pCi/l (12/14/05)

MW-35 Transformer Yard Well installed Sampled water 12/19/05, counting now. 142,000 pCi/l (12/14/05)

MW-36 U-2 Turbine Bldg Re-locating drill location Get engineering package out and walkdown MW-37 U-2 Turbine Bldg Re-locating drill location Get engineering piackage out and walkdown MW-38 South U-3 Boundary Well in service Continue periodic sampling < 1000 pCi/l (MDA)

Using IPEC counting system (see note 2. below)

Storm Drain # 6 Transformer Yard 84' from MW-Ill Sample all Storm Drains 11/10/05 (51,300 pCi/l 12/08/05 )37,100 pCi/l Note 1: Will attempt to samnle MT-Ii and MI-4A tomorrow to complete all storm driins, andl samnle MTW-31 for the first time.

Note 2: Received results from the State of New York on split samples IPEC took with them and NRC on 12/6/05 and 12/08/05 for tritium on MW-38, 101,105,107, Lefarge Plant Well # 1 and 3 (#2 well not sampled because pump was broke). The results of the State testing was in *good agreement to IPEC. The State reported MW-38 at 701 +-117 pCi/l (we counted it as 985 pCi/l). The State counted MW-107 as 96+-86 pCi/I, we reported MDA (same relative value). We are still awaiting the NRC's count results.
