RE: FW: WLL STATUS FRIDAY DECEMBER 16,2005-1530 HOURS Don Chris English has the lead to evaluate the analysis of the south curtain drain. He has been working wilh an engineering firm looking at drawings to see how best to approach this. We are also working with the hydrologist on a well location that is south of the curVaih'dAin'that can also provide intelligence in this area.

Chris is on vacation and will return after new year and make recommendations on how best to proceed. I will ask Chris to brief Jim Noggle.

Re: FW: WLL STATUS FRIDAY DECEMBER 16,2005-1530 HOURS

Dear Dcn,

Thanks For all your e-mailings. It makes a difference to keep the regional people updated on progress at the site. One request I made through TR Jones that I wanted to make sure was passed along to you.

Could I get a copy of the all possible sources of tritium list? I believe Bill Axelson developed this and was already passed along to Tim Rice. I also mentioned to TR Jones, that we were looking for feedback on Entergy's plans to verify that the Unit 1 south curtain drain was unblocked and functioning and also the Unit 2 containment footer drain system and segregation of its outfall for sampling at manhole 5. Just wanted 1o make sure these issues were still on the plate. Thanks, Don.
