Monday's meeting FYI - Below are the state agency and station people who are scheduled to be at the meeting Monday evening. We have not heard from IEPA yet. Also, so far, we have had 7 local residents RSVP.
This is the total confirmed number of residents attending (rather than invitations).

Re: Fwd: Monday's meeting For your information. I just spoke with an Illinois EPA representative. IEPA is not able to send a representative to the meeting Monday evening. They are still planning to have a fairly detailed meeting with Exelon in about a week or so (not a public meeting), and the IEPA representative indicated she would welcome NRC participation in the meeting.
The IEPA representative confirmed what I had heard from IEMA regarding the Illinois Groundwater Protection Act. She indicated that contaminant levels triggering State involvement are anything *above background" not at or above drinking water standards.
