11/1/2005, Entergy initiated underwater camera inspection of portions of the Unit 2 spent fuel pool. Three areas appearing as potential indications of liner corrosion were identified in the southwest corner of the pool. Diver operations are expected to commence later this week to more closely examine and characterize these areas of interest. New monitoring well installation remains on schedule, with the first of eight wells to be started the week of November 7, 2005.
