Susquehanna Unit 1 Assessment Results (Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2005) z Operated safely throughout the Assessment Period z Licensee response column of the Action Matrix for all of 2005 (cornerstone objectives fully met) z Inspection Findings

- 4 findings of very low safety significance (Green)

- All 4 findings were common to both units z NRC will conduct baseline inspections during the remainder of the cycle

Susquehanna Unit 2 Assessment Results (Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2005) z Operated safely throughout the Assessment Period z Licensee response column of the Action Matrix for all of 2005 (cornerstone objectives fully met) z Inspection Findings

- 7 findings of very low safety significance (Green)

- 4 of the 7 findings were common to both units

- 4 human performance cross-cutting issues identified at end of assessment period. However, there is no common subcategory and a substantive cross-cutting issue was not proposed.
