South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, hereby requests to withdraw the amendment request submitted on November 29, 2005. This amendment request was for the V. C. Summer Technical Specifications (TS), Specification 3/4.7.1.2.
SCE&GC has determined that a withdrawal is prudent because several factors have changed since the initial inception of the current modification. SCE&G has determined that further investigation into potential alternative solutions is warranted.
This change may be resubmitted in time for approval and implementation during Refuel 17, scheduled for Spring 2008.
