This letter is to inform you that effective April 2, 2006, Mr. Daniel S. Collins has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 (Dresden) and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 (Quad Cities). Mr. Collins assumes all Dresden and Quad Cities licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Ms. Mindy S. Landau.
