VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY KEWAUNEE POWER STATION MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1.2 & 3 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 & 2 AND ISFSl SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 & 2 AND ISFSl PROOF OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION AND GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT OF DEFERRED PREMIUMS By letter dated January 11, 2006 (Serial No.06-016), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. and Virginia Electric and Power Company submitted certified copies of the nuclear liability endorsements for the Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations satisfying 10 CFR 140.15. The endorsements for each station included insurance coverage under the American Nuclear Insurer's Master Policy - Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance (Secondary Financial Protection).
Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc., Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. and Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby reference that coverage, which includes a Bond for Payment of Retrospective Premiums, as providing the guarantee pursuant to 10 CFR 140.21 for payment of deferred premiums for each of their licensed reactors.
In the future, this report under 10 CFR 140.21 will be combined with the annual submittal of the insurance endorsement pursuant to 10 CFR 140.1 5.
