Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 Palisades Nuclear Plant Docket 50-255 License No. DPR-20 Annual Update of the Application for Renewed Operating License for the Palisades Nuclear Plant In a letter dated March 22,2005, Nuclear Management Company (NMC) submitted an Application for Renewed Operating License for the Palisades Nuclear Plant (LRA).
Subsequent to submittal of an LRA, 10CFR54.21(b) requires that the application be updated annually to reflect changes to the Current Licensing Basis (CLB), since the time of submittal, that materially affect the LRA contents, including the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) supplement.
NMC has completed a review of pertinent documentation. No changes to the CLB were identified that materially affect the LRA, including the FSAR Supplement. In addition, no changes were identified that would require an update to the Environmental Report submitted in conjunction with the LRA.
