I 3.7.3 MFIVs, MFRVs, and Associated Bypass Valves 3.7.3 PLANT SYSTEMS Main Feedwater Isolation Valves (MFIVs), Main Feedwater Regulating Valves (MFRVs), and Associated Bypass Valves.
Two MFIVs, two MFRVs, and associated bypass valves shall be OPERABLE.
LCO 3.7.1 APPLICABILITY:
MODES 1, 2, and 3 exceptwhen both steam generators are isolated from both main feedwater pumps.
ACTIONS
-NOTE-Separate Condition entry is allowed for each valve.
CONDITION REQUIRED ACTION COMPLETION TIME A.
One or more MFIV(s)
A.1 Close or isolate MFIV(s).
