Comments on Dresdens Outline Submittal 1.

No description of how K/As were randomly selected. Required by ES 401.

Received 10/27/2005.

2.

ES 401-1 SRO written Tier 2 Group 2, an A1 K/A was selected due to Fuel handling being selected as the topic. This is acceptable per correspondence between the licensee and NRC headquarters but the ES 401-1 was not annotated to indicate the selection as described in the correspondence.

During a conversation with the licensee about this issue they identified that the K/As on the outline had been transcribed incorrectly from the computer printout of the randomly selected K/As and the ES-401-1 form.

Both these issues were corrected and the completed copies were received on 10/27/2005.
