Dear Mr. Archie:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Rob Sweet of your staff and Mr. James Moorman, III of this office on March 15, 2006 concerning a Category One public meeting which has been scheduled for March 30, 2006, at 10:00 a.m.. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the results of your root cause evaluation for the high failure rate on the January 10, 2006, operator licensing initial written examination and is being conducted at your request.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
