The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has received your application for exemption from record keeping requirements dated February 15, 2006, for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station. We have completed the initial processing, which is an administrative review, and have identified issues which were communicated to you by telephone. We understand that you will be submitting a revised or supplemental request in the near future. Our review will be on hold pending the receipt of your revised submittal.
