During the inspectior, the contractor sp@calists shall assist in the NRC Inspection team in its Inspectin of the applicant D fire protection rograt' for conformance with the staff g9irnce contained in TP CHEB 9.5-1 or the con'natbi& n of the guidance contained in Appendix A to STP APCSB 9.5.1 and Appendix R to 10 :FR 609 and the generic letters I - identified In Section J of this SOM.

The technical bases for the Inspection will be the aforementioned guidance documents and the Safety Evaluation Report (S£R) and Its supplements for the plant.

D. Reporting Requirrm nts

1. Monthly progress reports Issueid in accordance with the requiretmerts of the basic contract.
2. Dally verbal reports to the KRC Teta Leader during the subject inspection In a format to be provided by the Team Leader.
3. A draft and final inspection ireport Input that documents the contractor's Inspection activities, efforts, and findings. This I report Ohll be Ina format to be provided by the NRC team leader.

Ihe orlignal and one copy of this report thall be delivered to the NRC Prolect Manager. Copies fDthe report shall be delivered to both the NRC Team Leader and the NRC contract administrator.
