The meeting resulted in the staff and the utilities agreeing that the problem may not be as severe as or1ginally believed and to hold a meoting betweon the cognizant reviewers and utilities today to discuss the issue.

Based on this it v-luded that an appeal decision was not needed. If the problem still canno resolved by the reviewers, the utilities will continue to pursue the dpeal with the Assistant Directors.
