I believe the Licensing Board clearly set out the briefing schedule during the telephone conference call, and then reiterated the schedule In order to assure that all parties note and meet their required deadlines.

On the other hand, if you file your reply brief today, and the brief only takes five minutes to read, there should not be much delay. Accordingly, the Staff does not oppose your request for an extension.
