Under pressure of an extraordinary schedule, we inadvertently entered the due date for a reply brief (limited by the ASLBP to 5 pages) on the scope of our ACS contention in the wrong week on our calender-shifting the annotation, ASLB Brief Due, from 2/28 to 3/7; same column, one box down and didn't notice this until yesterday.
Will you agree to a (post facto) extension of time so that we can file our reply today? This is the end of a chain, brief, answer, reply, and it is a five minute read, -so late filing shouldn't impact anyone's schedule.
Please let me know if I have your agreement for an extension as soon as possible.
