This email is to confirm that I completed the action described in allegation R1 -2004-0033 disposition record for the SRI to discuss the results of the panel with the concerned individual.
I explained to the individal the allegation panels decision that concluded this was not an allegation because the NRC was aware of the issue, following it, and no new information came out of the allegation.
I provided my technical perspective that with steady state drywell leakage and a cool rhr line outside containment that indicated tight isolation valves, the decision by the licensee to monitor the condition and shutdown within a week of identification to address it was within the band of acceptability.
The concerned individual appeared to readily accept our conclusions. The individual indicated they would readily talk to me again about any issues on their mind.
