- Dan, Carl Fricker reported out to his mgmt team this morning about the five focus areas that the senior leadership developed over a two day retreat on Mon and Tues. I did not have time to talk to Carl afterwards about any specifics. The five focus areas are, and not sure of any or if priority assigned:
I )Work management 2)CAP 3)SCWE 4)Leadership and effective supervision (from the FLS on up to Chris Bakken) 5)Facilities and House keeping improvements.
The retreat considered the results all the recent assessments and surveys that have been performed at PSEG over the last several months. The five focus areas will be factored into PSEG's business plan and although focus areas, does not mean that the business plan will be void of other improvement areas.
