Merrifield \\PSEG Drop-in - no package but possible verbal brief We received word via Mike Markley and NRR that a briefing package is not needed. We have offered a verbal briefing / update if needed, and the offer has been conveyed to Jake Zimmerman.

Obviously, we need to focus on providing the Commissioner a clear discussion of why we sent "The Letter" on SCWE. Maybe we should get OEDO to facilitate a discussion with Jake Zimmerman so we could talk in detail w/o worrying about inadvertent release of the briefing pkg. Also, OEDO should provide to the Commissioners copies of the licensee's responses...and our initial take on the 2/27/04 response. '
