Fwd: Charging Time Toward PSEG SCWE Efforts Dave See attached. Marc has a good question - whenr do you think the SCWE time on Salem should be charged?
I would assume that a lot would be allegation followup, but I'm not sure all of it should be allegation related since our efforts are not just in response to allegations, but also as a result of what we had seen previously through our inspections and site visits, as we noted in the 1/28 letter.
The efforts to date have included such activities as interviews with help from 01 of numerous and current and former employees, review of the interview transcripts and binning of the results, preparation and issuance of the 1/28 letter, review and evaluation of the 2/27 response, review onsite of documentation including the Synergy results, preparation and conduct of the 3/28 meeting, attendance at numerous ARBs, and other efforts.
For that portion that is allegation related, I would assume the interviews, review of interview transcripts, and binning of results is considered inspection effort BAF, and most of the remainder is other alleger activity Al 0304.
Can you check with Carl and/ior Lisa to get some guidance on how to charge the time (i.e what portion is allegation followup and what portion is not), and then get the guidance out to the staff.
