Dear Mr. Sullivan:
This refers to your submittal dated August 22, 2005, in which you submitted an update to the security plans (physical security, training and qualification, and safeguards contingency plans) for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant. We have reviewed your changes and find them acceptable in meeting the provisions of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 50.54(p). Enclosed is the Safeguards Evaluation.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," a copy of this letter without the enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's) Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). The enclosure to this letter is designated exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
